I know that there is always and only ONE thing that I need to know -  I am Divinely guided, supported, protected and surrounded in LOVE.  I hold a high watch of my thoughts to stay in FAITH for the highest and best and I trust in Spirit as that is who I AM!

So many people are struggling right now trying to find some peace with Everything changing around us.  Between the 24/7 news stories of Negative News- we could all use a little shift in our Mindsets!  Here's a quick re-frame of our thoughts to shift us from 'Fear to Faith."

Afraid of getting sick

Afraid I won’t be able to pay my bills

My business is down
========================

Afraid I may catch Covid again

Afraid of loneliness and feeling disconnected from others

I lost my job and I’m scared

Afraid others are not taking this seriously

Afraid this will never end

========================

Afraid there won't be any T.P. or food left at the store

Afraid nothing will ever go back to the way it was

FAITH

Knowing my body is strong

Knowing my needs are always met

Knowing I am strong and resilient and can sustain the business offline

Knowing I will follow protocol and keep myself protected

Knowing I can never be alone as we are all ONE! I connect online and find creative ways to be with friends

Knowing you are protected and supported and can utilize community services

Knowing that I am doing the right thing to keep myself and others safe

Knowing that everything has its cycle, and this will run its course too

Knowing that there is an unlimited supply

Knowing that life moves forward and it is always unfolding perfectly
